Years after Maggie and Mitch bonded over their mutual love for Christmas during a road trip, they run into each other again; only this time Mitch has lost his love for the holiday after a string of bad luck. Determined to remind him of his Christmas spirit, Maggies sends him a Secret Santa gift telling him to do a Christmas task. Mitch is a talk show radio DJ and shares his Secret Santa experience with his listeners. As the gifts gain notoriety from the news, Maggie’s boss sends her to document Mitch following through on all the tasks.
